Sustainable Projects

This collection grew into my interest in sustainable practices and a deeper look into how damaging the fashion industry can be to the environment. The industry is one of the world’s largest polluters, contributing to excessive water use, textile waste, and carbon emissions, with millions of garments ending up in landfills each year. Learning these realities pushed me to think more critically about how clothing is made and consumed.

Through this research, I immersed myself in exploring more responsible ways of designing and making. I focused on using recycled and repurposed materials whenever possible and being intentional about waste, construction, and longevity. These projects reflect my effort to turn research into action creating pieces that are thoughtful, resource-conscious, and made with care rather than excess.
